Originating from New Jersey, GEL is an American punk rock band that started as the band Sick Shit. After their bassist left, Anthony Webster filled in the role and guitarist Bobko, drummer Zach Miller, Sam Kaiser, Maddi Nave, and Alex Salter are now known as GEL.


GEL’s music is rooted in traditional, fast hardcore punk but also has some elements of post-punk. Their 2023 debut album Only Constant received positive reviews and they are going on tour across the US and Europe to perform for their energetic crowds.
