Pearce is the Co-Founder and Managing Creative Partner of Absolute Sync, a music synchronization licensing and publishing company based out of Los Angeles and Toronto. He is the lead Music Producer and Songwriter, creating music for sync music placements and various artist projects. His success in sync has included song placements with SuperChannel, Netflix, CW Network and CBS Studios. His musical collaborations include work with Award winning hit producer Justin Gray (John Legend, Mariah Carey, Avril Lavigne, Toy Story 4, Target, Lego Ninjago), JT Roach (One Republic), Nikki Flores (Nas, Mya), Dyson (Songland, Nickelodeon), King Flexx (NFL, Michael Che), and members of N'Sync
From 1998 to 2002, Pearce was one quarter of the successful Canadian vocal music group V.I.P. (Voices In Public), having performed to audiences of thousands in Europe and North America. V.I.P. won a Canadian Radio Music Award for Best New Group and a Genie Award (the Canadian Oscar) for Best Original Song. Pearce co-wrote V.I.P.'s biggest song "Just My Luck" which ended up on top ten playlists across the country in Canada. He has had numerous cuts on various projects worldwide totaling sales in excess of 250,000 units.
